Professor William Howell Discusses Impeachment Next Steps

Harris Public Policy Professor William Howell was featured in USA Today and the Chicago Sun-Times, discussing President Trump's impeachment trial. 

"[Senate Republicans] want to say this thing lacks any merit whatsoever and if they carry on for three straight days, that would suggest there's something to contend with which runs counter to their argument," Howell said in USA Today. "The core of their argument is there's not much to see here folks."

Discussing the substance of the impeachment arguments, Howell said in the Chicago Sun-Times that "there is more to learn here, if you had any vague interest in actually learning what happened."
