From the Mansueto Institute for Urban Innovation July 10, 2020 PhD Student Devika LakhoteHarris Public Policy PhD Student Devika Lakhote was selected by the University of Chicago's Mansueto Institute for Urban Innovation as one of the 2020-21 Urban Doctoral Fellows. The Urban Doctoral Fellows program is "a yearlong writing and professionalization experience" that provides up to ten doctoral students from any department or School at the University with support to continue their research on urban issues.
