Dean Katherine Baicker Discusses the CARES Act

Harris Public Policy Dean Katherine Baicker was featured on the Freakonomics Radio podcast, discussing the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act.

“To maximize economic well-being over the long term, we need to be focused on health right now,” said Baicker. “That's a very different state of affairs from a crisis that is fundamentally financial in origin.”
