Join the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy for an interactive virtual workshop exploring how to use AI effectively and responsibly in your day-to-day work.

Hosted by Dr. Matthew Gadbury, Associate Director of Custom Programs at the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy, in this hands-on workshop, we will apply AI to five different tasks that commonly encountered in day-to-day work - budgeting, summarizing, designing, researching, and drafting. We will tackle a case study for each task and analyze where AI saves time and where it requires added scrutiny. No coding or technical background required. Access to an AI tool (Claude, ChatGPT, Deepseek, Gemini, or similar) strongly recommended.

The workshop will also introduce AI Power Use for Professional Impact: Workflows, Judgments, and Responsible Practice, an eight-week, fully online Credential Program offered by the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy from March 8 to April 30, 2027.

Join us to discover practical ways to integrate AI into your work, strengthen your professional skills, and learn more about the program!
