Zack is a Capital Markets Trading Principal at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where he leads senior briefings for Federal Reserve leadership on funding market dynamics, liquidity conditions, and financial system functioning. He previously served at the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

Zack began his career at Goldman Sachs in 2008 and later became a partner at Milliman, a global actuarial and risk consulting firm, where he led a team implementing investment and risk management strategies on more than $50 billion across pensions, banks, insurers, and asset managers.

He holds the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst), and FRM (Financial Risk Manager) designations and earned a BA in economics from Northwestern University.
