Sarah Mogan

Sarah Mogan is the Associate Director, Research Operations and Technology Transfer for the BIP
Lab. She manages research and program implementation, builds and maintains partnerships, and
supports the overall work of the BIP Lab.

To this role, Sarah brings a background focused on educational strategies, from formal classroom
instruction to informal museum learning. Most recently, she led teams in the creation,
implementation, and evaluation of projects and programs for schools and families at the Adler
Planetarium. She is particularly interested in how technology can enhance existing best practices in
human development and learning, having seen its potential in her classrooms and through her work
supporting the development of gamified digital STEM modules at Edheads.

Sarah received her B.S. in human development and family science with a specialization in early
childhood development from The Ohio State University, then obtained her middle school science
teaching license in Louisiana.
