Lauren Sirota Associate Director of Academic Advising and Academic Support Contact Email Lauren Sirota About Lauren serves as the Associate Director of Academic Advising and Academic Support at Harris. In this role, she oversees key academic support resources, including the Math and Coding Camp, Jumpstart Bridge Program, and tutoring program. She also advises a cohort of master’s students in public policy. Before joining Harris, Lauren was the Associate Director of Academic Advising at Northwestern School of Professional Studies, where she managed advising for part-time undergraduate and master’s students. As an advisor, Lauren supported students in developing an academic plan, accessing university resources, navigating academic challenges, and pursuing career goals. Lauren has also taught courses in English literature and composition at Northwestern, University of Michigan, and DePaul. Lauren earned a Ph.D. in English Language and Literature from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University.
