Program Associate of Custom Programs

About

Jade Jiang serves as the Program Associate of Custom Programs at the Harris School of Public
Policy. In this role, she supports Harris faculty and the Faculty Lead of Strategic Initiatives,
while managing the design and operations of Harris' custom programs.


Prior to her work at Harris, Jade worked in human resources and technical recruiting for Fortune
500 clients, where she matched talented candidates to opportunities, maximized employee and
employer satisfaction, and managed recruiting projects across various industries and functions.
She also worked in financial services and member advocacy at a local credit union in Southwest
Michigan, with a mission of helping members form healthy financial habits and promoting
financial well-being within the community.


Jade recently earned her Master of Public Policy from the Harris School at the University of
Chicago. During her time at Harris, she supported professors and students as a teaching assistant
and served as a Communications and Training Associate at UChicago's Center for Health and
the Social Sciences. Before UChicago, Jade graduated from Kalamazoo College with a
Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
