Jade Jiang

Assistant Director of Custom Programs

About

Jade Jiang is the Assistant Director of Custom Programs at the Harris School of Public Policy. In her role, she works closely with faculty and the Faculty Lead of Strategic Initiatives to design and deliver impactful programs, while also supporting operations across executive education, partnerships, and non-degree credential offerings.

Prior to her work at Harris, Jade worked in human resources and technical recruiting for Fortune 500 clients, where she matched talented candidates to opportunities, maximized employee and employer satisfaction, and managed recruiting projects across various industries and functions. She also previously worked in financial services and member advocacy at a local credit union in Southwest Michigan, with a mission of helping members form healthy financial habits and promoting financial well-being within the community.

Jade holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Kalamazoo College and a Master of Public Policy from the Harris School at the University of Chicago. During her time at Harris, she served as a teaching assistant and as a Communications and Training Associate at UChicago's Center for Health and the Social Sciences.
