Casey Weaver Research Coordinator, BIP Lab Contact Email Casey Weaver About Casey Weaver (they/them) joins as a Research Coordinator at the Behavioral Insights and Parenting (BIP) Lab. They support the implementation and management of large-scale research projects assessing strategies for equitable child development. Prior to this role, Casey worked as a Program Coordinator at the Science in Society research group at Northwestern University. They facilitated partnerships with Chicago Public Schools and Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago to deliver high-quality science programming. Casey has years of experience working with youth in various capacities ranging from after-school theater productions to STEM career exploration. They are passionate about education as a tool of liberation, conducting rigorous interdisciplinary research and designing accessible and culturally-relevant programming in service of marginalized communities. Casey received their bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Women’s, Gender & Sexuality Studies from Tufts University. They are a member of Center on Halsted’s Inclusive Futures Leadership Institute.
