AL Cheever

AL was born and raised in New England and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Landscape Studies from Smith College. Over the years, AL has gained extensive experience across a variety of settings, including primary care, municipal government, and higher education. Prior to joining UChicago, AL served as a Program Coordinator for Executive Education at Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business. Passionate about education and policies impacting LGBTQIA+ individuals, AL brings a diverse skill set and perspective to his work. In addition to his professional background, AL is happy to share stories about his time living on a farm and raising goats and chickens!
