Abby Wade

Abby Wade joins Harris as the Associate Director of Alumni Relations. In this role, she will create and implement strategies and tactics that engage Harris alumni as well as students in meaningful and innovative ways. Abby most recently served as the Lead and Major Giving Specialist for Lions Clubs International Foundation. She was previously the Manager of Leadership Annual Giving and Engagement at Shedd Aquarium, and prior to that, served as the Assistant Director of Annual Giving at the University of Chicago Law School. Abby received her Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature and Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin and Master of Science in Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University.

Abby is excited to be back at the University of Chicago and to get to know the team, students, and alumni at Harris. Abby is also looking forward to traveling more in this role, having lived abroad for two years in her twenties. Abby is from St. Louis, and enjoys exploring her neighborhood of Roscoe Village with her recently adopted dog, Olive.
