Professor Jens Ludwig and Senior Fellow Michael Nutter Argue For Federal Gun Control

Harris Public Policy Professor Jens Ludwig and Senior Fellow Michael Nutter published an article in Fortune arguing against the claim that high rates of gun violence in Chicago are evidence that gun control doesn't work. 

"The guns that drive the violence problem in the city, that terrorizes countless families trying to raise their children in the most impacted neighborhoods on the city’s disadvantaged south and west sides, basically all come from somewhere outside of Chicago."
