About

Nicholas Moore is the Associate Director of Leadership Annual Giving at Harris. He recruits, develops, and supports Harris' milestone reunion committees. This program increases the alumni community's connection to Harris and creates meaningful philanthropic impact year over year. In addition, Nick oversees the Harris Society and cultivation of leadership annual giving donors. 

Nick has dedicated his professional life to the advancement of higher education, serving in critical administrative roles at some of the nation’s leading research universities. Prior to joining Harris, Nick was a Project Specialist in the Office of the President at the University of Chicago, working on various institutional priorities such as the launch of the David Rubenstein Forum. Earlier in his career, Nick worked at Vanderbilt University in several capacities, including positions in the Office of the Provost and the Division of Communications. As Strategic Projects Manager in the Division of Communications, he directed the Chancellor’s Lecture Series, which hosted Stacey Abrams, Jelani Cobb, George W. Bush, Joe Biden, and many other luminaries during his tenure. 

Nick graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science in Communication, majoring in journalism and creative writing, and has a Master of Education in higher education administration from Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College of Education and Human Development. He lives in Ann Arbor, MI with his wife, two sons, and dog.
