Chicago Harris has partnered with a number of international institutions to create opportunities for students and faculty, which are listed below. To explore all the international programs offered across campus, please visit the University of Chicago Global Engagement website.

The Center for Strategic Research (SAM) of the Ministry Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey (TURKEY)—A cooperative agreement promoting joint research, educational programs and exchanges, and funding for Turkish students admitted to Chicago Harris’ Ph.D. or MPP programs.

Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), Instituto de Desenvolvimento Educacional (BRAZIL)–Provides Brazilian MBA students with a weeklong capstone experience in Chicago focused on studying a specific policy area.

Hanqing Advanced Institute of Economics and Finance, Renmin University of China (CHINA)–A broad collaboration which includes: a joint summer school; a dual degree program; an exchange program for faculty, researchers and graduate students; and an internship agreement giving student participants in the dual degree program access to internships obtained through or organized by either institution.

Kemmy Business School, University of Limerick (IRELAND)–A cooperative agreement promoting joint research, the exchange of academic and research staff, visiting scholars and UL-funded scholarships for UL graduates applying to Chicago Harris’ MPP program.

National Council for Science and Technology of the United Mexican States (CONACYT) (MEXICO)–Jointly funded graduate fellowships for Mexican students who are admitted into the MPP or PhD programs at Chicago Harris.           

Tel Aviv University (ISRAEL)–Periodic mini-course series exchange on a variety of topics, including education policy (2005), globalization (2006), poverty and inequality (2007), and civic society (2008).

Universidad de Chile (CHILE)–Collaborative dual degree program in which participating students may graduate from both institutions with MA degrees in public policy. Also available: a diploma program for Chilean students offered by Chicago Harris faculty via teleconferencing.

Yonsei University (SOUTH KOREA)–Collaborative dual degree program in which participating students may graduate with a master’s degree in public policy from Chicago Harris and a master’s in International Studies from Yonsei University Graduate School of International Studies.
