Join your international peers at UChicago to advance your institution’s mission and goals.

This one-week immersive program offers a deep-dive view into the mechanisms and people contributing to the advancement of UChicago from the organizational and individual leadership development perspectives.

Led by the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy and supported by UChicago Global and UChicago Professional Education, the 2020 International Staff Engagement Program (ISEP)'s theme is Innovative and Effective Leaders in Higher Education.
