Postdoctoral Researcher (Instructor) About Arduino Tomasi Arduino Tomasi is a Postdoctoral Researcher (Instructor) at the Harris School of Public Policy. He received his PhD in Political Science from the London School of Economics. Arduino is a formal theorist of developing countries.
