Postdoctoral Researcher About Yukiko Asai Yukiko Asai is a Postdoctoral Researcher (Instructor) at the Harris School of Public Policy. Prior to joining Harris, Yukiko was a Junior Researcher (Assistant Professor) at Waseda University, a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Tokyo and a Lecturer in Labor Economics at the University of California Berkeley. Her research focuses on effects of family leave and child care policies. She holds a PhD in economics from Keio University.
