Get to Know Alyssa

Do you have a writer you most admire?

I’m reading a book by Vanity Fair writer Nancy Jo Sales called American Girls: Social Media and the Secret Lives of Teenagers. I really admire her style and the depth with which she writes.

What’s one or two things on your bucket list?

I recently caught the travel bug when I was able to go to Europe for the first time. I visited France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. I’m ready to expand my travels. When I was at the Venetian Hotel in Vegas recently, I made a vow to ride an actual gondola in Venice, Italy. That’s definitely on my bucket list.

What superpower would you most like to have?

The power of flight (which conflicts with my fear of heights), but would allow me to see more of the world, more quickly.
