Postdoctoral Researcher (Instructor) About Arduino Tomasi Arduino Tomasi is a Postdoctoral Researcher (Instructor) at the Harris School of Public Policy. He received his PhD in Political Science from the London School of Economics. Arduino is a formal theorist of developing countries. His research makes use of game-theoretic models to further our understanding of the electoral consequences of public policies (such as Conditional Cash Transfers) and the economic distortions caused by political frictions (such as equilibrium privatization prices in the shadow of elites’ manipulation of information about incumbent politicians).
