Optimize organizational performance by better managing your social capital.

Senior leaders across industries and functions face a world in turmoil yet nonetheless are required to craft actionable strategies for themselves as individual leaders and for the complex organizations they manage. A shift to less hierarchical organizations has triggered a change from traditional chains of command to horizontal lines of cooperation.

During this one-day program you will learn strategic approaches to creating value in this new landscape, including how having social capital, the set of productive assets embodied in social networks, is linked to creating and implementing new policies, processes, and products.

2018 program date to be announced soon.

Who Should Attend:

  • Senior leaders in government who bring people together from diverse businesses or agencies to effectively execute initiatives.
  • Leaders in the nonprofit or corporate sector who seek to create a partnership or regulatory relationship with the government.

In this program, you will:

  • Develop a toolkit for bringing people together to create and deliver value and formulate strategies for execution.
  • Advance your understanding of how to coordinate personal contacts across diverse groups in an organization, coordinate employees within and between functional groups, and coordinate activities across markets and society more broadly.
  • Understand how to form teams to successfully complete projects within your organization.
