Course # 32100 Term Spring 2017 Specialization Municipal Finance Syllabus Syllabus This is a one-quarter class in the economics of state and local governments. Topics will include: property, sales, and income taxation, as well as nontax revenue sources such as lotteries and user fees; intergovernmental grants; education finance; capital projects and debt finance; and local economic development. Notes Prerequisites are PPHA 323 and 324 or their equivalent.
