This one-week immersive program offers a deep-dive view into the mechanisms and people contributing to the advancement of UChicago from the organizational and individual leadership development perspectives.
Led by the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy and supported by UChicago Global and UChicago Professional Education, the 2020 International Staff Engagement Program (ISEP)'s theme is Innovative and Effective Leaders in Higher Education. The program is designed as a communal learning journey to develop innovative and effective leadership and administrative practices and program development within your organization.

The registration fee covers program fees and some group meals. It does not include the round-trip flight tickets or hotel accommodations.
We will facilitate accommodation booking and the visa process if needed.
Your institution will receive an invitation via email from the Harris School of Public Policy.
Program participants will enter the U.S. via B1/B2 visa. The visa process will be facilitated by the University of Chicago.
