Community Service Committee

CEDO Community Service Committee facilitates onetime and ongoing opportunities for students to engage in community building throughout Chicago. Volunteer activities act on CEDO's mission for direct service that fosters sustainability or improves quality of life in/for underserved communities.

The Dialogue Project Committee

The CEDO Chicago Dinners Committee plans, organizes, and coordinates an annual Chicago Dinners Program. This program, open to students, faculty, staff, and community members, includes an evening of dinner and discussion addressing issues of race and diversity affecting the Chicago region.

Speakers and Activities Committee

The CEDO Speakers' Committee provides area professionals with opportunities to share their knowledge and experiences with community and economic development issues. Committee members plan and organize panels, forums, and round table discussions offering unique glimpses into the world of Chicago practitioners, elected officials, and academics.
