Professor Justin MarloweJustin Marlowe Associate Director, Center for Municipal Finance Justin Marlowe is a Research Professor in the University of Chicago, Harris School of Public Policy. His research and teaching are focused on public finance, with emphasis on public capital markets, infrastructure finance, state and local budgeting, and financial disclosure. He currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of Public Budgeting & Finance. Paula WorthingtonPaula Worthington Harris Public Policy Senior Lecturer Paula R. Worthington is a Senior Lecturer at the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago, where she also serves as academic director of the School’s Policy Labs program and faculty lead on its MPP program. At Harris, Worthington teaches courses in state and local government and cost-benefit analysis and advises students completing applied projects for public and nonprofit sector clients. Anderson Baird Family Professor of Economics, University of Nebraska John Anderson is an academic economist and an adviser to public policy makers in the fields of public finance, fiscal reform, and tax policy. Dr. Anderson has served as a Senior Economist with the President’s Council of Economic Advisers in Washington, DC. Lourdes GermánLourdes Germán Assistant Professor, Boston College Carroll School of Management Lourdes Germán serves as a full-time member of the Faculty at the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and serves as a special advisor to the President of the Lincoln Institute, providing strategic and consultative expertise. Jennifer GonzalezJennifer Gonzalez Deputy Director, Massachusetts State College Building Authority Jennifer Gonzalez is the Deputy Director for Administration and Finance at MSCBA where she is responsible for managing the Authority’s financial controls, accounting, reporting, debt and rate-setting process, as well as oversight and direction for the administrative and financial operations of the Authority. A public issuers since 2000, she has previously served as CFO for the Massachusetts School Building Authority, and Town Treasurer & Collector for Watertown, Massachusetts. Gerald KorngoldGerald Korngold Gerald Korngold is the McCurdy Professor of Law at Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he also served as the school's Dean from 1997-2006. Professor Korngold's teaching and research focus on the fields of property, and both domestic and international real estate transactions. He is the co-author of Cases and Text on Property and Real Estate Transactions: Cases and Materials on Land Transfer, Finance and Development. He is the author of numerous case books and law review articles, and currently serves as a Visiting Fellow at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy.
