Data Analytics I: Quantitative Analysis will provide an introduction to quantitative analysis, with a particular focus on the critical thinking skills necessary to evaluate quantitative claims and think about how to generate more credible evidence. Students will be exposed to the basic toolkit of policy analysts including hypothesis testing, Bayesian inference, regression and experiments, and they will learn how to organize and analyze data using statistical software.
