Eligibility This program is open the public and UChicago community members. We welcome domestic and international applicants around the world. There are no prerequisites, as this program is available to all academic backgrounds. To enroll in the Data Analytics Credential, you must be at least 18 years old and have finished at least one year of full-time study in an undergraduate institution one month prior to the start of the program. Students are expected to have a stable internet connection and computer access to complete the virtual program. How to Apply Application Materials Complete the online application Motivation statement in English (limit to 300 words) Resume (one to two pages) Academic transcripts Starting your online application Start your application then follow these steps: Select "2022 Cred" and "Non-Degree" type Select the "Data Analytics Credential" program name Transcripts Transcripts detail the courses, dates, grades, and grading scales for each year of postsecondary (college or university) education as well as degrees awarded. Unofficial transcripts are accepted. You may upload a PDF copy. If your original transcript is not in English, you must provide a translated transcript in English. You may upload a PDF copy. English Language Requirement Applicants whose native language is not English are required to meet the English language requirement. Applicants who apply by the Early Action deadline will receive $300 off their program fee. Discount The program offers some discounted program fees. Deposit & Payment Admitted students are required to submit a non-refundable $800 USD enrollment deposit to confirm their seat in the program by the deadline listed in their admission letter. The enrollment deposit is applied to the total program fee. Students who fail to submit the deposit by the deadline listed in their admission letter will be viewed as voluntarily giving up the seat to attend the program. The remaining balance is due at the beginning of the program - January 31, 2022. Payment for the deposit and remaining balance is submitted by credit card in the application portal.
